Rhodiola -- Rhodiola Rosea ( Arctic Root) -

the nervous system, decreasing depression, enhancing work

Maca -- Lepidium meyenii / peruvianum Maca -
A powdered peruvian tubor that is grown at high altitude and
assists the body to cope with the effects of altitude. The
primary studies have been focused on increasing fertility at
altitude over 10,000 feet. It has quite a bit of protein and
contains over 55 naturally occurring, beneficial phyto-chemicals.
